How to Order
You can order via our secure online shopping cart, or if you prefer, you may email your order. Please include the shoe brand and name, size, color preference, your name, address, and phone number. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the order and take your billing information.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. With personal checks, please include your address, phone number, and drivers' license number with expiration date on your check. We'll wait for the check to clear before shipping your shoes.
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority Mail, and shipping is free in the US. Please email us for international rates, or to inquire about next-day shipping costs. Customers are responsible to pay all applicable international customs fees and taxes.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from our date of shipment to you. Sale shoes will only receive store credit. Shoes should be unworn, returned in the original shoe box, and include the sales receipt. Please do not wear the shoes outside if you are considering returning them as any marks on the heel or elsewhere on the shoe will void the return policy. In order to protect the shoes from damage in shipping, please place the shoe box inside another box with all labels on the outside box.
